This book replaces an hour in front of the TV - complete with programmes, adverts, distractions, and the news. It looks at a variety of things that are broken. I am new to writing poetry, and this book is the result of a couple of months of intensive writing following the death of my mother. She was diagnosed with schizophrenia for around 60 years, and the prose section of this book is a personal insight into the mother-son relationship. The book contains poetry, prose, and photography, and is probably not suitable for literary critics!
